InternetWeek: Sun: Linux Users Don't Actually Want Linux 'Why do we think enthusiasm for Linux exists in the first place?' said Robert Youngjohns, executive vice president for global sales operations for Sun, speaking at the Bear Stearns 14th Annual Technology Conference here on Tuesday. searchEnterpriseLinux.com: Linux security: The seven deadly sins  - "No firewall can keep all hackers out." With these words, security consultant Bob Toxen began his sermon, or workshop, on the "seven deadly sins" of Linux security. Any IT manager who commits one of these sins will "get nailed sooner or later," he said.
Toxen -- author of "Real World Linux Security" from Pearson Education -- conducted the workshop at Jupitermedia Corp.'s Enterprise Linux Forum Wednesday.
