An interesting discussion about the coyrightability of a CSS.  FWIW, I think that any given CSS can be copyrighted.  It is, after all, a creation that directly creates or influences the distinct layout of a website.  This is not trivial.  A CSS may also be considered to be protected under copyright as an intergal part of the complete website, which is definitely afforded copyright protection.
