A Run On Law Schools - lexisONE(sm):"As the economy falters and good jobs become harder to find, more people are seeking refuge in graduate school. Nationally, law schools had a 17.4 percent rise in applications this year over last year, according to the Law School Admission Council; at the University of Connecticut, the jump was a whopping 46 percent. The story is the same in business schools, 84 percent of which had an increase in applications nationwide this year, said a Graduate Management Admission Council survey. "
