Proposed Changes to the Standards:"NOTE: At its meeting on August 13, 2002, the House of Delegates of the ABA concurred in the revisions to the Standards and Interpretations that the Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar approved in June 2002. Those revisions related to three major areas: Distance Education; Part-time programs and scheduling options; and the possibility of awarding credit toward the J.D. for a J.D. course that a student took while an LL.M. student and before matriculation as a J.D. student."
